Job description:

This is a great opportunity working in financial services as a Senior Marketing Manager – Brand and Digital paying up to £53,000 permanent position based in London.


Key responsibilities:

·         Highly experienced working across  digital channels for lead generation, awareness building, customer retention and thought-leadership impact.

·         Ownership for front-end web development in UK focusing on SEM, SEO and social media marketing strategy and with detailed understanding of building and managing national and international brands. 

·         Manage digital marketing specialists, channel owners and content producers.

·         Focusing on growth and retention campaigns across audiences, working closely with audience marketing managers.

·         Manage the brand – responsible for the website and all acquisition and retention growth for a range of products using digital channels and tools.

·         Manages the content team for all multi audience groups

·         Develops relationships with industry bodies and technology groups Creates a multi-audience automated dashboard of website performance for internal distribution, inclusive of referral sources, key insights and trends and advertising spend data (PPC)

·         Works with the appointed SEO partner agency to create automated tracking of keyword performance for distribution to senior stakeholders

·         Assist the Marketing Manager – International and Head of Marketing in providing external consultation to marketing and executive leaders in Global countries in the development of localised brand assets and campaign ideas


Key skills

·         Managing brand and channel budgets is required. Experience of data analysis and advanced use of Google Analytics is a must. 

·         Must have experience of managing a team of people in marketing brand and digital

·         Significant knowledge in copy writing, editing and email campaigns B2B and B2C

·         Knowledge of SEO on page and proven CRM marketing technologies including customer segmentation and UX design analysis.

·         Confident in presentations and strong interpersonal skills with attention to detail and working calm under pressure.
