The Opportunity

Reporting into the Head of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager will:

  • Take responsibility for their E-Comm strategy and commercial implementation to maximise sales
  • Work within the Brand & Marketing team to manage the day-to-day trading of the website
  • Own the eCRM programme, from data capture to delivery and grow this community
  • Establish an effective SEO plan
  • Increase visibility through Google Ads search/display/shopping campaigns
  • Analyse trends and making data-driven decisions
  • Growing their Social Media Channels
  • Set up of conversion metrics

The Person

You will not be a master on all these areas, but expertise in one or two areas, plus the ability to learn the rest and manage agencies is the key profile for a successful career with this growing business.
