Our client is a market leading Recruitment Constancy firm based in Central London and they are now looking for a Global Social & Multimedia Specialist to represent their worldwide brand. Our client operates across 20 specialisms in 33 countries and has over 10,000 employees worldwide. Key Responsibilities Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Play a key role in optimising our global and regional social media strategy to drive engagement with new and potential customers and build talent pools
  • Ownership of the global social media publishing calendar, including scheduling and optimisation of content
  • Day-to-day community management of our global social media platforms, facilitating discussion and conversation at scale
  • Run global paid social media campaigns and performance marketing campaigns in collaboration with external agencies/freelancers, sharing expertise and key learns with regional marketing teams
  • Work with the Senior Content & Social Media Engagement Manager to drive the user-generated-content and influencer strategy from the centre
  • Create and share social media best practices, guidelines, case studies, frameworks and advice to both the wider global marketing community and operations
  • Improve the visibility of and engagement with our partnership and sponsorships content (including Manchester City Football Group) via innovative social media campaigns
  • Support with the review, set-up and management of all newly requested global and regional social media accounts and pages
  • Drive the development of our internal employee social media advocacy platform, ensuring strong operational usage resulting in increased reach and engagement of our content
  • Support the regional marketing teams to ensure effective use of our enterprise-level social media management tool
  • Brief external agencies to plan, create and schedule social assets for innovative and on-brand global content campaigns in the form videos, Stories, Reels, social graphics, ads, banners, PDF's and GIF's
  • Analysis of global and social media performance aligned to our objectives, refining strategy accordingly and inputting into our global social media metrics framework
  • Regular competitor analysis
  • Review and update Global Social Media Policy, and other related guidelines, alongside the Senior Content & Social Media Engagement Manager

Live streaming

  • Manage the end-to-end co-ordination of our programme of global live streamed events, including sourcing and liaising with guests and panellists, driving promotional activity, running the technical set-up and expertly executing each event
  • Provide regional marketing teams with best practice and hands-on training to help drive local use of live streaming technology


  • Manage the end-to-end creation of our global podcast series', including sourcing guests, coordinating the recording and editing process, liaising with external agencies and producers and promoting episode

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you MUST have all of the following requirements:

  • A passion for and understanding of social media, constantly keeping up to date with the latest developments and trends
  • 3+ years of professional experience in social media (organic and paid)
  • An ability to collaborate with team members across the world, as well as external stakeholders
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills
  • A commitment to own learning and development
  • Willingness to take on extra responsibility
  • A consistently high level of personal professionalism
  • Proficient time management and prioritisation skills
  • The inclination to assist other members of the team in their upskilling via sharing best practices
  • A strong ability to organise both face-to-face meetings and conference calls
