 You will be joining an exciting Femtech scale-up with a fully patented product which provides the only non-invasive remedy to a very common, debilitating ailment that improves the lives of women across the globe.

Backed substantially by Tier 1 MedTech venture capital funds with a core focus of bringing serious healthcare solutions to direct-to-consumer, the brand is a category disrupting solution to a huge unmet need, that impacts the lives of millions of people.

Direct to Consumer is an integral channel and strategy within their future growth plan and you would be responsible for activation and implementation of all brand assets in the e-commerce channel for the UK Market.

Reporting into to the Global Head of E-Commerce, you will deploy, via agencies, all digital marketing assets(PPC, Email, Social Media & PR) in the UK, optimising and adjusting locally where required.  You will be the key UK person in supporting the implementation of strategic digital activities and projects in the UK Market such as websites refresh, new agency onboarding etc.

Working as a senior member of the global marketing team based in the UK and USA you will gain access to cutting edge e-commerce/digital technologies/practices and align with best practice within the US Market.

It would be great if you already have experience of activating a challenger brands digital strategy to drive awareness and growth.   Bringing an expert level of knowledge in digital marketing and online PR  that will be the bedrock of your success in continuing to scale this channel and achieve the planned growth trajectory within agreed marketing investment targets.

This is a role where you really would need to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in. You will play a critical role in scaling the business over the next few years and a growth orientated, commercially focused mindset will be critical to your success and making the most of this opportunity.
