An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Training Programme Administrator to join us for a one-year fixed term contract, on a part-time basis, working 18.75 hours per week.

The Role

As our Training Programme Administrator, you will provide excellent administrative support to the Training Operations Team, ensuring the smooth running of training courses and events.

Acting as the initial point of contact for potential participants, you will promote our training courses and events and respond to enquiries in a positive, professional and timely manner.

You’ll assist participants to enrol onto our courses, processing applications and invoices and supporting onboarding processes.

Additionally, you will:

- Maintain accurate records of events and participant information
- Support the evaluation of courses
- Administer course closing processes
- Set up training rooms and digital meetings
- Support trainers with using digital tools and AV
- Assist programme leaders to draft promotional content for the programme

About You

To be considered as a Training Programme Administrator, you will need:

- Administrative experience
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Experience of providing user support for IT platforms and digital systems
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
